Product will be sent directly to the agent providing the partnership or sampling. We can help with shipping and logistics if needed.

Costs depend on what type of promotion you are looking for.

– Full service sampling management fee pricing is based on a flat fee per activation or based on a retainer model. Expenses are billed back as pass thru unless otherwise negotiated.

– For direct sampling programs costs are based on the number of units sampled. Costs are dependent on the venues/locations chosen by client. 

We’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your budget.

For direct samplings venues are required to submit a recap of their activities for approval. For most sampling promotions payment will be held until after recap has been submitted and approved.

For full service samplings the Exposure Agents team will provide the client with a recap after each activation.

We know getting paid is important and nobody likes to wait. You will be paid directly by Exposure Agents unless otherwise agreed upon.

– Venues & events conducting direct samplings or promotions will be paid 7 days after a recap has been received and approved.

– Partnerships and sponsorships will be negotiated individually and payment will be based on the terms of the agreement.

– Partnerships that include affiliate links or other sales initiatives will be paid monthly.

Rates depends on the promotion type and your involvement. Don’t worry if you don’t have any idea what to charge. We’ll work with you to find rates that make sense.

For direct distributions all product will be shipped to you directly or delivered by a member of the Exposure Agents. You just have to accept delivery.

For full service experiential samplings the Exposure Agents team will bring all materials for activation and distribution.
